Meet Our Staff At Jake's AutoCare Center
Roy Hinckley
Roy began working at Jake’s Radiator while a student at EHOVE Career Center in the Auto Tech program. Upon graduating in 2012 he became full time. He quickly became a ASE Master Certified Technician and most recently became a ASE Certified Service Consultant.
He's worked side by side with Howard for over a decade while learning the trade and all the knowledge he had to offer. Howard was ready to take a step back and retired in January 2023, and Roy became the new owner of Jakes Radiator INC. You can expect to receive the same service every time you come to Jakes Radiator INC. We will maintain the Gold Status, and the standards set before us.
Roy is married to his wife Kailey who is also very active in the business. They live in Norwalk, and have two kids together Roy and Amelia. In their spare time they enjoy family trips to the zoo, and riding 4wheelers and side by sides at the family farm.
Howard Wilde III
Howard has been ASE Certified for over 40 years, since 1978! Howard has owned Jake's Radiator since 1983. Fun fact about Howard, he likes being involved with the community and the Norwalk Area United Fund.
In 2018, Jake's Radiator was recognized as a NAPA Gold Certified AutoCare Center. NAPA Gold Auto Repair Shops place a higher emphasis on Autotech training and ASE Certifications.

Sharon Braker
Sharon is our go to person. She answers the phone, does the accounting, schedules appointments and helps order parts supplies. She started with Jakes in May 1995 coming from a local car dealership. Howard has known Sharon since the 70's when they were members of a local van club. Outside of work Sharon enjoys spending time with her kids, grandkids, siblings and exploring all Ohio has to offer.
Jeff Eastman
Our longest term employee, Jeff has now been here for 30 years. Jeff started out one summer painting the building and ended up with an internship in radiator repair. Jeff was a quick learner and enjoys his trade. He is one of only a few people left who still work at this trade.
Jeff thoroughly enjoys the antique/classic car radiator restoration. He is quite proficient in not only radiator repairs but entire cooling systems. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys Harley Davidson motorcycles and classic cars. On any given weekend you will find him at a car show anywhere in the state of Ohio. His favorite vehicle is his 1968 Chevy Panel Truck. He also enjoys time with his family and friends.
Andy Miller
I grew up in Arlington, Ohio which is a small town south of Findlay Ohio. Over the years I have worked in restaurants, factory, sales, and delivery. My wife Leslie and I have been married for 38 years. We have 3 children..2 daughters and 1 son. We (Nana & Poppy) like spending time with our 9 grandchildren and look forward to meeting number 10 sometime this spring. I enjoy working in our garden, doing yard work, fishing, golfing & going out to Summit Motorsports Park to watch the races.
